The environment is consistently clean and comfortable, and the rooms are well-insulated. Since I frequently video chat online, I don't have to worry about disturbing my neighbor's noise, or being disturbed by the noise from my room.
The packages are flexible and the price is reasonable.
The receptionist is friendly, helpful, and reliable, and the management is very responsive to suggestions.
The water dispenser in the pantry area is a good brand, and there's also a microwave and steamer. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place in Klang, I highly recommend this place.
